Dear Sir/Madam,

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the international scientific conference titled Debates on Rehabilitation: The Idea, Research, and Vectors of Development, which will be held in stationary form on 18 May 2022, on site at the University of Warsaw Library (BUW), Dobra Street 56/66, room 316.

The aim of the conference is to enable an exchange of ideas based on presentations delivered by the invited experts, devoted to prevention and rehabilitation activities, the directions of their development, and their effectiveness and based on empirical data, good practices, and evaluations.

The conference has the form of a debate, which means that, apart from presentations by experts (five speakers from Poland and other countries), its equally important element is the opportunity for participants, inspired by the issues raised, to exchange views and experiences.

The conference is one of the events organized to mark:

  • the 50th anniversary of the Institute of Social Prevention and Rehabilitation, University of Warsaw
  • the 50th anniversary of the Department of Rehabilitation Pedagogy in the Institute of Social Prevention and Rehabilitation, University of Warsaw.
